POSTURE
The link between body and state of mind can be most evident when examining the posture. You can easily pick out someone who may be depressed or unhappy even by the most subtle signal from his posture including anyone who is agitated, angry, happy or drunk. A body that tenses up is expressing stress. The tension created by the stress keeps the breathing shallow, even laboured. Good posture allows us to be more centered. A centered state is a peaceful state.
